What will the weather be like?

November marks the start of Spring in Peru.

The average temperature in Lima in November for a typical day ranges from a high of 70°F (21°C) to a low of 60°F (15°C). Mildly cool with a gentle breeze.

In November, in Cusco, the average high-temperature is 20.6°C (69.1°F), and the average low-temperature is 6°C (42.8°F).

What is the language in Perú?

The primary language spoken in Perú is Spanish. However, English it’s spoken more in Lima, Cusco, and other major central tourist spots.

What is the currency rate in Perú?

The sol (S/) is the official currency of Perú (1 US dollar to Peruvian sol rate is approximately 3.71 soles):

The American dollar is accepted in a large number of commercial establishments, restaurants, hotels, and gas stations. It is possible to exchange foreign currency at banks and exchange houses.

ATMs can be found in almost all cities in the country, and most of them are connected to the Plus (Visa) and Cirrus (Mastercard) networks, American Express, and others. You can withdraw money in soles or American dollars from these ATMs.

Why is there an empty day in-between the Welcome Party and Wedding?

While in the U.S. weddings are 4-5 hours including the ceremony, in Perú they can last up to 8-9 hours. So we want our guests to rest on Friday and be prepared to dance at the wedding reception.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will truly be missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know before April 30, 2024 and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive to Lima on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. This will allow you enough time to visit the city and attend to our welcome party.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, our wedding is going to be an adults-only (18+) event. We hope this notice is enough time for you to make other arrangements to take a few days off and celebrate with us!

When do I need to RSVP/Book my hotel room?

Please RSVP as soon as possible, no later than April 30, 2024.

How do I get to the venue?

In Lima, Uber is readily available all over the city. The average Uber ride in Lima is very cheap, so we recommend our guests to always pick the “Uber XL” option.

The day of the ceremony we are going to provide transportation to the venue (Lima Countryside).

What can we do after the Wedding Party?

We highly suggest to our guests to visit Machu Picchu (One of the Seven Wonders of the World) and Cusco City. Click the button  below for more information:
